Personalized Workout Programming

If you already have experience with strength training, success in dieting, and don’t feel the need for coaching support, this option might be the right fit for you. It has been said, “if you fail to plan then you plan to fail”, so don’t walk into the gym again without a plan and don’t let your workouts grow stale. Allow KAHA Fitness to take over the planning part so you can just focus all of your energy on crushing your workout. With KAHA Fitness’s workout app, each workout will be customized to keep your body progressing and your mind free of boredom.

Personalized Workout and Nutrition Coaching

Have you tried dieting and exercise only to find yourself frustrated and defeated? Then this is might be the best option for you. The coaching option gives you personal guidance, accountability, and check-ins. Of course it includes the KAHA Fitness workout app where you will get specially designed workout programs to fit your personal goals. Beyond that you will get 1-1 coaching, help with nutrition, and in app messaging with your coach. The coaching options also allows you to have a 30min call once every two weeks with your coach to talk through your progress and to keep you on track.

Private Personal Training

Let’s face; life is busy. It is so busy that it can be difficult to prioritize doing that working we know we need to do. Some of us need the pressure of knowing someone will show up at our door to get us moving. The personal training option is the premium KAHA Fitness experience because you have a coach right next to you watching every set and repetition with laser focus in order to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. You don’t need a gym membership or any equipment at home. Your coach will bring everything you need to the location of your choice. All you have to do is follow your guide, give it your all, and the results will follow.

Semi-Private Personal Training

If the private personal training option sounds like what you need but you want to save some money and have some friends join you for the journey, then semi-private training is a fantastic option for you. Grab a friend or two, figure out a time and location that works best for your group, and a KAHA Fitness coach will be there to personally coach your group. This is not to be confused with a boot camp or large group training. Each person will get the attention they need to make sure all exercise are done safely and effectively in order to optimize each person’s progress. We care about giving you personal attention to help you reach your goals, which is why this option is capped at 4 people max.
