Hey! My name is Shawn.
I am a husband, father, youth sports coach, fitness trainer, and pastor in Annapolis, Maryland.
I still remember the day I found myself in a dressing room at The GAP trying to squeeze into a pant size I never thought I would make it up to.
“No way!” That was it! I was done, and something had to change.
Since that day in December 2015 I made a commitment to make a change and prioritize my health. It started out as an extremely bumpy road with a lot of failures, struggles and setbacks.
I tried several different diets and “exercising” how I knew best, but saw little progress. I began to dive deep into fitness research, applying what I was learning, and slowly, I saw progress. Applying all I have learned, I continue to transform my mind and body, feeling like a continual work in progress.
During this journey, I've become enthusiastic about assisting others in using what I've learned to change themselves too. I've assisted many individuals with making fitness a priority and enjoy guiding others on their journey to change.
Here is what I believe with all my heart: If you give me your time, your effort, and commit to consistently applying what you learn, I know I can help you reach your goals.
You’ve got this!
