We bring the gym to you.

All you have to do is be ready to work!

By combining dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension bands, and body weight movements, these workouts will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Cost: $100 per 60min session

Semi-Private Personal Training

We bring the gym to you and your friends.

All you have to do is be ready to work!

Much like private personal training, you will be guided through an customized training program that will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and burn fat. The difference is you get to do it with your friends.

Semi-Private training is not to be confused with a boot camp or large group training. These groups range between 2-4 people max, in order to maintain focus on you and your friends results.

Cost: $100 per week/per person (2-3 sessions/wk)
